Tessa D. Charlery is the Director of Finance for the Division of Information Technology (DIT)/Mid-Atlantic Crossroads (MAX). Tessa has worked with the University of Maryland / MAX since 2005. She graduated from University of Maryland University College with a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a concentration in Finance. She is responsible for every facet of MAX’s financial operations and is skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, all of which help to optimize MAX’s financial performance.
